Features include the pantograph by which power was gathered from an overhead line, the bogies on which the tram ran and the cowcatchers at either end. The handle by which the driver controlled the flow of power to the motors can be seen behind the windscreen. A carnival is advertised.
This 'Pullman' was one of ten introduced in 1929-30. They replaced the open-top double-deck original stock and were completely enclosed with electric heating and seating for 30 in red moquette upholstered (rather than wooden) seats. They were very popular with passengers.
Falkirk's tramway was built in 1905 and trams ran both ways round a circular route from Falkirk through Bainsford, Stenhousemuir, Larbert and Camelon. In 1935 it was bought by a bus company and closed the following year.
